|Cancellations & Returns
In case customer is dissatisfied for any reason with product, customer has 72 hours to notify Popular Furniture by phone. All products must be returned to us in its original packaging. Customer is obligated to pay 10% restocking fee and all delivery and return shipping charges.
Once order is placed, customer may cancel order at any time as long as the order has not been shipped. If an order did not go out, the customer is not obligated to pay any fees.
If order did go out for shipment to customer, the customer may refuse delivery, and will be obligated to pay 20% restocking fee, plus delivery and return delivery shipping charges. For special orders, we are unable to cancel orders that are already processing. Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
We can only accept returns on orders that were shipped to Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Manhattan. No out-of-state returns, including Staten Island.
As a customer it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to ensure that oversized furniture items can fit thru your entrance door. If the furniture doesn't fit, we will need to make a special arrangement with one of our delivery professionals who specializes in dissembling large furniture items and reassembling them back inside the house. In such case you are responsible for paying the fees associated with this service. Please contact us for more information.
With the exception of special order, if you are dissatisfied with your order you may exchange it for a different product. There is an exchange fee of 20% of the cost of original order. Please note that return or exchange are not available on special orders.
In case merchandise is damaged upon delivery, we will gladly exchange the damaged part or entire furniture piece. All damaged goods must be notified to us by phone within a 48 hour period after delivery.
On roadside delivery we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of goods unless the setup option has been selected in checkout and setup was paid for.
